INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABLE CONFERENCE 2023

The annual international sustainable restaurant conference was held in Zaragoza Spain during the month of February 2023. It is a conference that brings together the best restaurants in Europe that are committed to sustainable practices in all facets of the restaurant industry. This year Chef’s Garden was highlighted for their efforts to create a restaurant that sustainable in the way they create energy, the source of water, how they use electric power, composting, organic grading in proximity and the relationship they have with local farmers. This is the first time the conference highlights a restaurant outside of Europe.
