Sustainable Restaurante Certification
Chef's Garden became in 2022 the first restaurant in the Caribbean to obtain an official certification for sustainability by a European Certification Organization. Not only does Chef's Garden grow its own food but it also produces its own solar power energy and recicles over 40,000 gallons of rain water per year. The restaurant is also committed to grow Caribbean ingredients around the restaurant and build relationships with local farmers. Chef’s Garden sets the highest standard in providing nutritious food in creatives way. Chef’s Garden also compost all of the food scraps in the kitchen for added nutrients to the gardens at the restaurant.
